The physician who gave Nuada back his own hand, and was killed for it.

Son of Dian Cécht. His father had given Nuada a hand of silver; Miach healed the king’s own hand, joint to joint and sinew to sinew, in three times three days and nights. Dian Cécht struck him four times with a sword, and Miach healed three of the wounds; the fourth killed him. Three hundred and sixty-five herbs grew through his grave, one for every joint and sinew. In the Fate of the Children of Tuireann he heals Nuada together with another physician, Oirmiach.
