The mountain of the women, where Bodb Dearg kept his síd.

Its Irish name means “the mountain of the women”, and an ancient cairn stands on its summit. Old tales place the síd of Bodb Dearg, king of the sídhe of Munster, here: Síd ar Femen, “the síd over Femen”. In The Dream of Aengus, Bodb feasts Aengus here for three days and three nights before taking him to see the girl of his dream.
